                          obituary reference on the loss of many lives under the killer Tsunami wave
                          and   earthquake   on  26th   December,  2004    and    on    the   demise   of
                          Shri   P. V.  Narasimha   Rao,   former    Prime   Minister   of   India      and 
                          Shri   T.  Gunadhwaja   Singh,  former  Member  of  the Manipur Legislative
                           Assembly.

PRESENTATION OF COMMITTEE REPORT :

                 4.     Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to present the Twelfth Report of the Business
                          Advisory Committee, 2005 and also to move :

                                                         "that this House agrees with the allocation of time proposed
                                                          by the Committee."
