                                 present the twenty-fifth Report of the Committee on  Public Accounts,
                                 2003-2004.

                         (ii) Shri  B.D. Behring, Chairman  of  the  Committee on Estimates to present  the
                              twenty-first  Report  of the Committee on Estimates, 2003-2004. 

ADJOURNMENT  MOTION :

                 4.     Motion for adjournment on matter of urgent public importance, if any. 

CALLING   ATTENTION :

                 5.     Shri L. Ibomcha Singh to call the attention of the Revenue Minister on the alleged
                        failure to demarcate the actual plot of Central Agricultural  University, Iroishemba.

                 6.     Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLA to raise a discussion on  the necessity   of revival of the
                        Manipur Tea Estate, Jiribam.  

CONSIDERATION AND PASSING OF BILL :

                 7.     (i)   Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move : 

                                          “that  the  Manipur  Appropriation  (No.3) Bill, 2003 be
                                           taken into consideration.” 

                                                            And also to move that the Bill be passed.

                                          “that  the  Manipur  Appropriation  (No.4) Bill, 2003 be
                                            taken into consideration.

                                          “that  the  Manipur  Appropriation  (No.5) Bill, 2003 be
                                           taken into consideration.

RESOLUTION ON RATIFICATION OF CONSTITUTION AMENDMENT BILL:

            8. Shri L. Nandakumar Singh, Law Minister to move the following resolution: 

                                          “That  this  House  ratifies  the  amendments  to  the
                                            Constitution of India falling within the purview of clause(c)
                                            of the proviso to clause(2)  of  article 368,  proposed to be
                                             made by the Constitution (Ninety-fifth Amendment) Bill,
                                             2003, as passed by both the Houses of Parliament.”

DISCUSSION  ON  THE  REPORT  OF  THE  VIGILANCE  COMMISSION :
