“that the amount of the demand be reduced to Re. 1” On account of : (i) Failure to deliver PDS items and S.K. Oil to the public. (ii) Irregularities in the appointment of Agents/Sub-Dealersof rice and S.K. Oil. (iii) Failure in issuing required qualities of S.K. Oil/Rice etc. (iv) Lack of clear cut policy for proper implementation of the existing (ii) DEMAND NO.17 - AGRICULTURE Shri O.
