          Minister on the inadequate drinking water in the Imphal city.

        (b)    Shri N.Bihari Singh, MLA to call the attention of the Minister Youth Affairs and
         Sports on the failure of the Government to take action against those employees in
         the Department with fake certificates.

 SHORT DURATION DISCUSSION :

4.    Shri I.Hemochandra Singh, MLA to raise a discussion on the eviction of land occupied by
 M/S Surana Motors at Palace Compound

 CONSIDERATION  AND  PASSING  OF  GOVERNMENT BILLS :

5.    Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to move :-

                                "that the Manipur Appropriation (No.1A) Bill, 2004"

                                                         And also to move that the Bill be passed.

DISCUSSION ON THE REPORT OF THE VIGILANCE COMMISSION:

                6.    Shri O.Joy Singh, MLA to raise a discussion on the Annual Report of the Vigilance
                       Commission, 2003-04.

SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF BUSINESS

PRIVATE  MEMBER’S  RESOLUTION :

7.    (i)        Shri L. Ibomcha Singh,
           
            Dr. Nimaichand Luwang,

                    Shri O. Joy Singh and

                    Shri I. Hemochandra Singh, MLAs to move the following resolution :-

                                           “this  House  unanimously  resolves  to  urge  the Government of
                        
India  to repeal AFSPA immediately by promulgating an ordinance.

                                             Further  resolves  that,  while  the  repealing of  AFSPA  by  the
                          Government  of  India  is in process, the  House  decides  to remove the
                          disturbed area status  from the  whole  of  the  State  without  any
                          precondition and  the  State  Government  shall implement  the
                          Resolution  of  the  House  on  or before 1st January, 2005.”

 

        (ii)    Shri S. Ibohal Singh, MLA to move the following resolution:-

(iii)   Shri M. Nilchandra Singh and

                 Shri  S. Natum Singh, MLAs to move the following resolution:-

(iv)    Shri B.D. Behring, to move the following resolution:-

                               “this  House  unanimously  agrees  to  urge  the State Government  to
                          make necessary provision for making it  compulsory  to undergo
                          HIV/AIDS test by both the partners  before  their  marriage.”
