PRESENTATION OF COMMITTEE REPORT :

            2.  Shri O. Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister to present the Sixteenth Report of the Business,
                 Advisory Committee, 2006 and also move :-

                                                   "that this House agrees with the allocation of time proposed by
                                                    the Committee". 

CALLING ATTENTION :

           3.     Dr. Nimaichand Luwang and L. Ibomcha Singh, MLAs to call the attention of Health
                   and  Finance  Ministers  on  the non-functioning  of  the  Hospitals and Government
                   offices due to the strike called by the J.A.C. and Medical officers.

SHORT DURATION DISCUSSION :

            4.   Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLA  to  raise  a discussion on the appointment of 144
                  persons as work-charged employees in the Electricity Department and 2 persons
                  on contract basis in Tribal Development Department.

Discussion on a mater of public interest :

            5.   Shri B.D. Behring and Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, MLAs to raise a discussion on the
                  appointment  on  contract  basis  of  Graduate  Science  teachers,  Arts  and   Hindi,
                  Under-graduate and Matriculate teachers.
