“The House resolves that the Government of Manipur be urged to move the Government of India for repealing the Armed Forces (Assam and Manipur) Special Powers Act, 1958 (No.28 of 1958) in view of the public resentment, the likelihood of its being misused and, the changed circumstances since it was enacted about twenty years ago."
