Adopted: 13.03.2003

 

“The Manipur Legislative Assembly unanimously resolved to recommend inclusion of eight Assembly segments of 33-Heirok, 34-Wangjing, 38-Hiyanglam, 39-Sugnu and 40-Jiribam; all belonging to general category population, now included in the 2-Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency, which is a ST-reserved constituency, in the 1-Inner Manipur Parliamentary constituency during the current delimitation. 

Further, this House also resolved to forward the resolution to the Chairperson, Delimitation Commission, Election Commission of India”
