                                                 Wheareas, the establishment of a separate High Court is a long pending demand for the State of Manipur;

                         And also whereas, the House passed 3 (three) subsequent resolutions for its early establishment and the same has not yet been implemented;

                          ."The House has, once again, resolved to urge the Government of India for early establishment of a separate High Court of Manipur. “
